Nicole Rengert, CHN

'I help moms and their children discover the empowering impact of good nutrition

so they can move from surviving to thriving.'

Some callings begin in childhood — long before we have words for them. For Nicole Rengert, it started as a little girl wandering the woods of rural Ohio, pretending she knew which plants could heal and which could nourish. It grew in the kitchens of farmers, in the fish her grandfather caught and fried in lard on summer evenings in Michigan, in the barrel of homemade pickles stirred by a friend's mother, and in the vibrant, whole foods she discovered traveling through India and living in New York City and on Nantucket. Long before she had a certification, Nicole had a life deeply rooted in the wisdom of real food, real land, and real community.

Today, Nicole is on the cusp of certification as a Holistic Nutritionist with a passion that is as personal as it is professional. Her journey into this work was not a straight path — it was forged through love, hardship, and an unwavering desire to protect the people she holds most dear. As a mother navigating difficult life circumstances, she watched firsthand how trauma and food are intimately connected — how survival mode can quietly erode the very foundations of health we work so hard to build. That experience didn't defeat her. It clarified her purpose. She realized that helping women and children reclaim their health after hardship — nourishing themselves back to wholeness, one meal and one choice at a time — is the work she was made for. Healing, she believes, is generational. When one person learns to love themselves through good nutrition, the ripple reaches far beyond them.

Nicole's philosophy is grounded in three words that have guided her own journey: moderation, gratitude, and celebration. She does not believe in perfection or in the shame that so often accompanies our relationship with food. She believes the table is a place of healing, that ingredients matter, that the way food is grown and prepared carries meaning, and that every body deserves to be nourished with intention and love. Her faith is the quiet current beneath all of it — a trust that we are not alone in our struggle, and that we are each created with an extraordinary capacity to heal.

Whether you are a mother trying to find her footing, a woman stepping out of survival mode and into her own story, or simply someone who knows something needs to change but isn't sure where to begin — Nicole meets you exactly where you are. With warmth, honesty, and deep respect for your unique journey, she is here to walk alongside you as you find your way back to yourself.

"My primary mission is to love God with all my heart, soul, mind, and body

by living within His design for me while guiding others to the same

in a spirit of moderation, gratitude and celebration."
